Circuit Weight Training
Circuit weight training is a fast-paced circuit where students will participate in a balanced strength training program that includes upper body, lower body, and core exercises using resistance bands, and body weight exercises. Students will purchase their own resistance band set (more information will be available on bCourses before the semester starts). Although this class is a level 1 class, it is appropriate for all levels, as each exercise can be scaled up and down for the desired intensity.
