Basketball Power Conditioning
Basketball Power Conditioning is a basketball fitness class which will prepare the student to play at a high level. This class will enhance your stamina through drills and games with and without the basketball. We'll work on passing, cutting, dribbling, and shooting with an emphasis on getting fit for basketball. Students are expected to be competent at dribbling, shooting, and passing (equivalent to Phys Ed Basketball Level 2, Low - Intermediate).
