Triathlon

Level 1:

Triathlon level 1 is designed for the student who has little to no experience with triathlon, although experienced students will be accommodated. The course will cover all three components, swimming, cycling, and running in an introductory setting. The components increase in duration and distance as the semester progresses culminating in an abbreviated sprint triathlon. Note: all cycling will be stationary using either the student's own bike trainer or stationary bikes provided by the instructor.
