About Paula Plessas-Hall

Dance and Fitness.
Bio:
Paula Plessas-Hall has been teaching dance and fitness classes in the Bay Area and New York City for over two decades. She earned her MFA in Dance from Mills College and BFA in Dance from San Francisco State University. Since 2008, she has been a professor of Dance at City College of San Francisco and currently teaches a variety of dance and fitness classes. In addition to CCSF, Paula is also an instructor at Club Evexia in Marin. An Off-Broadway award winner, Paula’s choreography has been showcased on the East and West Coasts. Paula’s dancers perform annually at the Herbst Theater for award shows, CCSF and other Bay Area venues to the delight of audiences. Her primary goal is to foster fun and inclusive group settings in her classes while encouraging students to achieve their goals. She is thrilled to share her teachings to the students at UC Berkeley.
