The Basic Self-Defense course is designed for students who wish to learn hands-on self-defense techniques based on various martial arts such as Taekwondo, Judo, Yongmudo and Kumdo. The class will cover basic steps and movements, blocking, kicking, punching, basic falling and various striking techniques. Students will improve their agility, balance, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness. Additionally, the class will help build self-confidence, self-discipline, concentration, focus, stress release, and uphold wellness. There are no prerequisites for this course.
