Martial Arts Uniform Checkout

  • Uniforms may be checked out at the Hearst Gym Service Center on the first floor of Hearst Gym during checkout hours. 
  • Checkout Hours are:
    • Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
    • Saturdays 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Procedure: When you arrive at the Gym please fill out this form while signed into your UC Berkeley account:

  2. After receiving the uniform from the staff, the staff will find your entry from the above form and mark the checkout as complete. 
  • Uniforms are due back before the end of RRR week.
