Martial Arts Uniform Checkout and Returns
As of Monday Jan 29, 2024:
Please find a Hearst Gym staff member on duty. They may be stationed at the big oak desk at the east door in Hearst Gym or at the metal roll up door on the west end. Please tell them you need to check out or return a uniform. The building is generally staffed the following hours:
Mon - Thurs: 4:30pm - 9:30pm.
Fridays: 4:30pm - 7:30pm.
Saturdays: 930am - 2:30pm.
Checkout Procedure: When you arrive at the Gym please fill out this form while signed into your UC Berkeley account:

- After receiving the uniform from the staff, the staff will find your entry from the above form and mark the checkout as complete.
Return procedure
- Bring uniform (pants, top and belt) either washed or unwashed to a staff member. A staff member will mark down the return in our records.
- Uniforms are due back before the end of RRR week.
