Hearst Gym Rentals
Many of the facilities at Hearst Gym are available for rental to student groups as well as outside groups.

Step 1: Find a facililiy to rent

Step 2: Fill out the Rental Form
Step 3: Facility Use Permit
Fill out the Facility Use Permit as best as you can and email it to us at hearst_gym@berkeley.edu or bring it to our office at 200 Hearst Gym for signature.
Step 4: Get Insurance
After we have confirmed your booking (and whether or not your event requires insurance) you should then obtain insurance. Follow the appropriate link to Risk Managment's web site for detailed information on insurance.

Facility Rental Fees
UC Student Groups: $30/hr or $150/full day
UC Groups: $75/hr or $350/full day
Non UC Groups: $100/hr or $500/full day
