Walking for Wellness

Facilitated group walking with warm up, stretch, and cool down.

Students will experience walking as a simple way to boost activity levels while improving overall wellness. Regular walking is a healthy habit that comes with a multitude of benefits.

Students do not have to be competitive sports players or gym buffs to reap the benefits of Walking for Wellness. All fitness levels welcome, but class is geared towards beginners.

In this course you will practice walking as part of your aerobic and flexibility activities.
