Beginning and intermediate skill levels are welcome in this course which focuses on gaining strength and flexibility. Intensive floor work, use of Dynabands, proper body placement and specific use of breath is emphasized.
Intermediate and advance students are welcome in this continuation of Level 1 Stretch, Strength and Alignment. In addition to intensive progressive floorwork, students will also be introduced to exercises at the barre, standing and sitting. All exercises are designed for those with good flexibility, dance training and either instructor approval or a prerequisite of Level 1 Stretch, Strength and Alignment.
